Refund Policy
Unfortunately due to the handmade, personalized nature of our personalized kids books, it is generally not possible to refund orders once placed. However, replacements are available for books which arrive in a damaged state, or in the case of printing defects.
Refunds are available for incorrectly placed orders within 30 minutes of the order being placed. This is to cover situations such as buying the wrong book, or where additional books have been purchased in error.
